How is ACKT different from a European distributor or trading partner?
A distributor buys your product and resells it under their margin and their rules. We are the opposite. You stay the brand owner. You set pricing. You own the customer. We are your operational arm in Europe — paid to make your brand bigger, not to extract margin from it. That is our single hardest commitment, and the reason we have built a JV with duisport rather than a reseller network.
We already have a marketing team in China. Why do we need you?
Your team built your home market. That is exactly why they should stay focused on it. Europe runs on different platforms, different regulation, different consumer psychology and a different rhythm.
